●Meditate on the beach. It helps to calm your mind and soul. It assists you to refocus your life. Don’t know how to meditate? It’s easy as 1, 2, 3. You can do it.

●Here is a simple beginning one:

●Lay down on the beach and get comfortable. Quiet yourself and listen to the ocean.

1. Simply take 10 deep cleansing breaths through your nose. Starting with filling up your belly and then your chest. Then slowly exhale through your nose.

2. Step by step, visualize and relax every part of your body from the top of your head to the tip of your toes. Feel yourself relaxing and releasing all your tension, cares and worries. See them leaving you. Then flood yourself with a green healing light followed by a golden light of love and peace.

3. Lastly focus your mind on the calming thoughts and feelings that come with these words, “I’m getting better and better each day, better and better in every way. Allow these words weave their way into your soul to provide comfort and joy. Continue this for as long as you’d like.

●Try this Morning, Noon and Night when you really desire to de-stress and re-train your body. Otherwise, enjoy do it once a day and use some mini meditations throughout the day.

●Allow yourself to do mini meditations during your day with one conscious breath followed by relaxing your body and thinking and feeling, “I’m getting better and better each day, better and better in every way.”

●A twenty minute soak in the ocean during the time around a new moon is like a three day cleanse for your body.

●A twenty minute soak in the ocean during the time of a full moon is very nourishing for your body.

●Lie on the beach and sunbathe early in the morning without sunscreen or sunglasses in a very brief swimsuit.

●This simple action produces needed vitamin D, resets your body time clock, gives you proper light for your body and mind to florish, is very healing and chases away depression while relaxing you as well. It also donates the correct electrical energy for you to heal and restore yourself.

●Engage in short bursts of intense exercise, running, weight lifting, swimming (one minute or less) followed with rest for a minute or two. This activity does not put the body into a distress mode. Build up sets of action/rest as you are able.

●Do a few sets of these but do not stress yourself. As a result, your immune system will become stronger while increasing your lung and heart reserves. You will continue to burn fat long after you have finished these actions plus you will increase endorphins and recharge your bodies healing electrical energies.

●Enjoy Yoga on the beach or on the grass. This activity is known for toning, strengthening and stretching the body while providing balance as well.

●Learn the beautiful graceful energy movement of the little known oriental martial art of Ba Gua Zhang and also its circle walk. Look for free introductory classes being taught at the Sun Resort beach.

●The difference between frogs and salamanders is the salamander can rebuild and restore their body if a part is cut off. The salamander has higher electricity than the frog. Wanna be more like a salamander than a frog?

●Raise your body electricity!


How to recharge your body’s electrical energy.

●Lay in the sand, in a dry river bed or on grass.

●Walk barefoot in sand or on grass.

●Touch living plants or animals that walk on the ground.

●Exercise but not so much that it stresses the body (lots of aerobics are stressful!)

●Swimming or soaking in the ocean’s moving water.

●Snuggling or hugging someone that has high electrical energy.

●Taking a shower.

(Caution, still water, like a bath and wind or a hairdryer will strip it from you)
